I am not a conventional entrepreneur. I wasn’t searching for just another successful project. My name is Hartem Yaakoub, the founder of Algeria Certify, and the creator of an idea that transforms certificates into a digital identity that cannot be forged, lost, or delayed — a credential that follows you wherever you go, without the need for stamps, signatures, or bureaucracy.

I wasn’t born in Silicon Valley, nor did I launch my project from a luxurious glass office. I am the product of an environment filled with challenges — where bureaucracy is an obstacle, change is resisted, and innovation is a high-risk endeavor. But I refused to accept this as an eternal reality.

I witnessed a system that produces brilliant minds, only to hinder them with outdated paper certificates that can be lost, damaged, or easily counterfeited. I saw skilled professionals lose life-changing opportunities because of slow and inefficient verification processes.

So, I didn’t wait for a solution to arrive from elsewhere. I built it myself.
